Why this site
My wife and I chose to move our family here to give our kids the Bolivian Experience. I decided that I should keep a record of our experiences to help us remember the places we liked the most. I’m no professional writer or photographer, but I wanted to share our experiences with others who may be considering a move here or just visiting.
How I pick places
Honestly, I just plan on trying new places as much as possible and recording my experiences. The food is so affordable here that we are able to eat out several times a week without breaking the bank. As we get more settled here in Bolivia, we plan to do a lot more traveling within the country and I’ll try to put my tips.
A note on prices
I’ll do my best to list the prices in Bolivianos (Bs) and a close estimate in dollars at the time.
